3.    Outcome of Community Planning Partnership Development Day on 23 August 2019

There will follow Report No COG/08/19 on behalf of the Community Partnerships Subgroup.
    
4.    Highland Outcome Improvement Plan (HOIP) Action Plans

The following draft Action Plans by the HOIP Delivery Groups are circulated:-

• Poverty Reduction
• Community Learning, Development and Engagement
• Mental Health and Wellbeing
• Community Safety and Resilience

The following draft Action Plan was not available at the time of issuing the agenda:-

• Infrastructure

The Group is asked to consider the draft Action Plans.
    
5.    Child Poverty Action Report

There is circulated Report No COG/09/19 by the Acting Head of Policy, Highland Council.

The Group is asked to consider and agree the Local Child Poverty Action Report for 2018/19 for Highland.
    
6.    Community Asset Reviews

The Community and Democratic Engagement Manager, Highland Council, will provide a verbal update.
    
7.    Update on preparations for/impact of leaving the European Union

Verbal updates will be provided.
    
8.    Minutes of Community Planning Board

The draft Minutes of the Community Planning Board held on 20 June 2019 are circulated for comment.
    
9.    Future Agenda Items

• Developing Community Partnerships – i) Updates from Chairs; and ii) Update from Chief Officers Group (standing item)
• Presentation on the recent anti-social behaviour initiative in Mid Ross, including lessons learned (George Macdonald)
• Update on preparations for/impact of leaving the European Union (standing item)
• Community Asset Reviews (standing item) (Pablo Mascarenhas)
• Community Justice Partnership Annual Report (Niall MacLennan/Mhairi Wylie)
• Improvement Plan for the employability of those with an offending history (Niall MacLennan/Mhairi Wylie)
• The move towards a presumption against short-term prison sentences (Niall MacLennan/Mhairi Wylie)
