A meeting of the Community Planning Board will take place REMOTELY on Thursday 5 November 2020 at 2.00 pm.

You are invited to attend the meeting and the business to be considered is noted below.

Business

1.    Apologies for Absence

2.    Minutes of Meetings

The following Minutes are circulated for noting or approval as appropriate:

i.    Community Planning Board – 21 August 2020 (for approval); and
ii.    Community Justice Partnership – 10 June 2020 (for noting).

3.    Review of Recovery Priorities

There will be a presentation by the Partnership Coordinating Group on the early messages and key themes emerging from the review of partners’ recovery plans, as well as HOIP Delivery Plans and Community Partnership priorities.

The Board is asked to consider and discuss the early messages and agree next steps with a view to developing a Strategic Recovery Plan for the CPP.

4.    Review of Covid Learning

Key Covid learning from each organisation was previously circulated alongside partners’ recovery plans. 

The Board is asked to consider and discuss the emerging Covid learning and agree appropriate shared actions based upon this learning.

5.    EU Exit – Preparations and Potential Impacts

Partners are requested to provide a verbal update on behalf of their organisation.

The Board is asked to consider any shared action by the CPP to support EU exit preparations.

6.    Strategic Risk Register Review

The Strategic Risk Register is circulated for discussion/review.

7.    Integrated Children’s Services Plan 2020

There is circulated Report No CPB/04/20 by the Head of Integrated Children’s Services, The Highland Council.

The Board is asked to note:

i.    the work undertaken by the Integrated Children’s Service Plan Board in progressing the plan;
ii.    the decision to route the plan through the Community Planning Partnership Board in line with Scottish Government advice; and
iii.    the revised timeline for publication of the Integrated Children’s Services Plan in April 2021.

8.    The Highland Community Justice Partnership Annual Return

There is circulated Report No CPB/05/20 on behalf of the Community Justice Partnership

The Board is asked to note the report and appendix.

9.    Date of Next Meeting

The next meeting is scheduled to take place on Friday 18 December 2020.
