The Committee is asked to:-

i.     Consider the report submitted to the Recovery Board on 7 October 2020 and attached at Appendix 1 to the report; and
ii.    Agree that carbon budgeting recommendations arising from the Economy and Infrastructure Committee should be considered by Council.
