A meeting of the Highland Licensing Board will take place in the Council Chamber, Council Headquarters, Glenurquhart Road, Inverness on Tuesday, 18 January 2022 at 1.00 pm (following the Highland Licensing Committee commencing 10.00 am).
You are invited to attend and a note of the business to be considered is attached.
Webcast notice: This meeting will be filmed and broadcast over the internet on the Highland Council website and will be archived and available for viewing for 12 months thereafter.
Members are reminded that during determination of a Licensing Board Item, in order to be entitled to participate in any vote, Members must be present throughout all of the proceedings.
Members are further reminded that mobile devices, including mobile phones, can be used for following the agenda/reports and delivering speeches but should not be used for any form of communication (text or tweet) during the meeting.

Home deliveries may be provided to customers. Alcohol will only be delivered in terms of and in compliance with the relevant provisions of the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005.

- Reconfiguration of internal layout of premises
- Change name of premises from Eigg Tearoom to Galmisdale Bay Café and Bar
- Increase capacity from 45 persons to 60 persons
- Revise children and young persons policy to permit access to café at all times by children and young persons. Young persons only will be permitted access to the bar area whilst accompanied by an adult.

Variation:

- remove all specific conditions listed on the current premises licence;

- add off sales with hours daily from 1000 hrs to 2200 hrs;

- redefine children and young persons policy;
- amend on sales capacity to include 150 for outside area;
