There is circulated Report No ECI/58/21 dated 23 November 2021 by the Executive Chief Officer, Communities and Place.

The Committee is invited to:-

i. note Ofcom’s consultation and proposed changes for the regulation of public call boxes;
ii. note the change to the criteria proposed for the protection of important public call boxes, particularly for rural areas; and
iii. consider and agree the Council’s draft response to the consultation which can be found at appendix 1 of the report.
