3. Minutes of Previous Meeting

There is circulated for noting Minutes of Meeting of the previous meeting held on 29 November 2021 which were approved by the Council on 10 December 2021.
4. Improvement and Transformation Programme 2021-2022 Update

There is circulated Report No RIT/01/22 dated 7 February 2022 by the Interim Executive Chief Officer Communities and Place.
The Board is invited to:
i. consider the latest progress on the Council’s Improvement and Transformation Programme Projects;
ii. note the latest progress in respect of the 2021/22 forecasted cashable benefits;
iii. consider any recommendations or observations to Council in respect of progress on the Council’s Improvement and Transformation Programme and associated actions;
iv. note the inclusion of a High-level Risk and Issues summary table – section 8 of the report; and
v. note the activity and support provided by the Project Management Office.
5. School Transport Transformation Project (Review of School Transport)

There is circulated Report No. dated RIT/02/22 11 February 2022 by Executive Chief Officer Infrastructure, Environment & Economy.
The Board is invited to provide views on the report presented to the Economy and Infrastructure Committee and support the ongoing transformation work on this function.
6. Transformation Hub and MS Teams for Projects Demonstration

There will be a demonstration by the Programme Co-ordinator and the Programme Officer on the Transformation Hub and MS Teams for Projects.
