4. Revenue Budget and Performance Report – Quarter 3

The Committee is invited to scrutinise and approve the:-
i. forecast revenue position as at Quarter 3 of the 2024/25 financial year;
ii. progress update provided in relation to budget savings delivery; and
iii. Service’s performance and risk information.
5. The Draft Promise Plan

The Committee is invited to:
i. note and scrutinise the Draft Promise Plan; and
ii. agree that an annual report of the progress of the Promise Plan be submitted to committee for scrutiny and assurance of Highland’s progress in achieving the aspirations of the Promise.
