4. Late Submission of Expenses Claims

It had previously been agreed by the Corporate Resources Committee that late submissions of Elected Members expenses claims will be presented to the Committee for approval.
The Committee is asked to approve the following claims:
• Mr Karl Rosie £477.00 for mileage in 2024;
• Mr Laurie Fraser £139.95 for mileage in September, October and November 2024; and
• Mr John Grafton £609.30 for mileage in August and October 2024.

i. consider and note the financial position of the General Fund and HRA revenue budgets as at 31 December 2024 and note the estimated year end forecast; and
ii. note the status of delivery of budget savings in the year.

8. Corporate Workforce Planning Strategy 2025-2027: Action Plan Update

9. Talent Strategy

The Committee is asked to approve the Talent Strategy and Action Plan as supporting documents of the Highland Council’s People Strategy.
