Two site meetings of the Planning Review Body will take place on Tuesday 27 August 2013 as follows:

1. commencing at Layby at Tarrel, Portmahomack, Tain, (Junction of the Tain Road with the B9165 – Grid reference 897817 approx), at 10.00 a.m.
2. commencing at Near Windmill Cottage, Bower, Wick (Track at Hill of Stane, Grid Reference 271124 approx.) at 1.15 p.m.

Members are asked to note that the purpose of the meetings is to undertake site inspections in respect of Notices of Review to be considered and determined at Items 5.2 and 4.3 respectively on the agenda for the Planning Review Body being held on Thursday 29 August 2013.  Members are asked to bring Booklets C1 and C2 and F as circulated with the papers for 29 August, to the site inspection.  (Booklets C1 and C2 were previously circulated to the June meeting as Booklets E1 and E2.)

Members are reminded that in the determination of a Notice of Review, to be entitled to participate, they must be present throughout all of the proceedings, including the site inspection.

Members are also asked to note that the arrangements for the site inspection are as follows, and that, while times may vary, the site inspections will commence no earlier than the time listed:

9.00 a.m. - Members depart Council Headquarters, Glanurquhart Road, Inverness (by coach)

10.00 a.m. - Site inspection:  gather on site at the side of the B9165 between Tarrel and Rockfield Mills, 300m North East of East Tarrel Cottages, Grid reference - 899821 (approx.)

11.00 a.m. - Coach departs Portmahomack

12.30 p.m. - Lunch at MacKay Hotel, Wick

13.30 p.m. - Site Inspection:  gather on site, On the track at Hill of Stane, off the B876 between Kirk and Hastigrow, 500m Northwest of Windmill Cottage, Grid reference – 271124 (approx.)

15.00 p.m. Coach departs Wick

18.30 p.m. Estimated time of return to Inverness.
