Suspension of Black Isle Country Park Public Entertainment Licence

The Highland Licensing Committee today (3 October 2017) agreed to suspend the Public Entertainment Licence for The Black Isle Country Park at Drumsmittal, North Kessock.

The suspension was made on the grounds of public safety pending the submission of satisfactory management arrangements.

The existing Licence would have expired on 3 January 2020.

The suspension will last for the remaining duration of the Licence unless management arrangements are put in place to satisfy the Council’s Environment Health Service that there is no likely risk to public safety.
