Drumming Up Interest

A drumming workshop held at Dingwall Leisure Centre certainly hit the right spot with local young people who spent the day beating rhythms on a variety of eye-catching drums.

Over 40 children attended the event organised by The Highland Council’s youth development workers as part of a programme of summer activities.

Youth Development Worker Lindsay Munro said:  “The workshop was run by Happyness Drumming and it proved to be very popular.  All the young people who came along enjoyed the chance to make as much noise as they could.”
