Temporary road closures - Inverness

Motorists are being advised of two temporary road closures in the Inverness at Milton Crescent and Essich Road (within the urban limit) of the C1064 Inverness – Ashie Moor Road both in the interests of public safety.

Milton Crescent will be closed to enable contractors, working on behalf of Highland Council, to carry out resurfacing of Milton Crescent. The closure will be in place from Friday 6 July to Tuesday 10 July 2018.

Essich Road which is part of the C1064 Inverness - Ashie Moor Road will also be closed to allow pylon and electricity transmission line works to safely proceed. The work is being carried out on behalf of Scottish & Southern Energy (SSE).

The  C1064 Inverness -Ashie Moor Road will be closed from it junction with the A8082 Inverness Southern Distributor Road to its junction with Essich Gardens. The closure will take place from Monday 9 July until Friday 3 August 2018 Mondays to Fridays between 09:00 and 16:00.
