Still time to apply for Aird and Loch Ness: Your Cash, Your Choice

In light of the growing interest in the Aird and Loch Ness: Your Cash, Your Choice Participatory Budgeting the deadline for applications has been extended to 5pm on Wednesday 3 October.

If you have an idea that will improve the Aird and Loch Ness and need £100 - £500 to put it into action, then Your Cash, Your Choice is the opportunity to get the funding you need.  Groups in Aird and Loch Ness are urged to come forward with ideas and projects they wish to see funded.

In total £10,000 is available for grants up to £500!  Any local community, voluntary or non-profit group can apply; projects can be large or small and the only criteria are that projects be based in Ward 12 Aird and Loch Ness and will be of benefit to residents.

The community will get to vote for the best ideas at an event to be held on Saturday 13th October 2018 in the Craigmonie Centre, Drumnadrochit.  The event is open to all, and individuals who would like to help decide are invited to come along and vote for their favourite projects.  Those in attendance vote on all the applications and decisions are made on the day.

The extended deadline for applications is 5pm on Wednesday October 3rd.
