Wester Ross, Strathpeffer and Lochalsh By-Election

Nomination packs for prospective candidates for the Wester Ross, Strathpeffer and Lochalsh Ward by-election will be available from The Highland Council’s website on Wednesday (17 October).

The by-election is being held following the resignation of Councillor Kate Stephen (Scottish Liberal Democrats) who was one of four Highland Councillors representing Ward 5. The other Ward members are Councillors Biz Campbell (Independent), Ian Cockburn (Scottish National Party) and Derek MacLeod (Scottish Conservative and Unionist)

The closing date for nominations will be 4pm on Friday 2 November.
