Highland Licensing Board’s new Policy Statement 2018-23 goes live

The Licensing Board’s new Policy Statement on alcohol sales licensing, which will cover the period 4 November 2018 to 3 November 2023 is now on the Council’s website at this link.

This introduces some significant new requirements with which applicants for alcohol sales licences must comply, both when submitting their applications and during the currency of their licences.

Anyone intending to submit an application for an alcohol sales licence of any type is advised therefore to read the new policy in advance to check on any requirements which may apply to the particular type of licence they are seeking.
