Temporary traffic management during tree felling works

Drivers are being advised that temporary traffic management will be in place along a section of the A82 Glenurquhart Road in Inverness from Tuesday 25 February. 

Tree felling works will be taking place adjacent to the A82 Glenurquhart Road  at Torvean Golf Course from Tuesday until Friday.  Traffic management will be in place each of these days between the hours of 9:30 am to 4pm to allow this work to be carried out safely.  

Motorists should expect some delays during this time, however the Contractor is committed to minimise delays whenever possible.  

The tree felling is required in advance of the Inverness West Link Stage 2 project entering its construction phase during the summer of 2019.
