Temporary Traffic Lights Along Millburn Road, Inverness

As part of ongoing works at Millburn Academy, temporary three-way traffic lights will be in place on Millburn Road from Tuesday 6 February.

Due to re-development at the school there is a considerable amount of material to be removed and delivered to and from the site so the Contractor will begin haulage operations, using a temporary site access onto Victoria Drive, on Tuesday 6 February 2007.

The delivery programme is expected to last for up to 12 weeks.

The temporary lights will control traffic at the Millburn Road/Victoria Drive junction and the existing 30mph limit on part of Millburn Road will be temporarily extended, for the duration of these works, in order to improve public safety.

The Contractor intends to ensure that any inconvenience to the travelling public will be kept to an absolute minimum.
