Inverness road closures

Motorists are being advised by The Highland Council that there will be temporary road closures throughout Inverness on Saturday 21st September 2019.

The closures are to ensure public safety during the “Recovery Walk Scotland Parade 2019” to be held on this date.

The closures on 21st September 2019 will affect all traffic at the following times and locations:

• Bishops Road, Inverness, closed at its junction with Ness Walk Upper to its junction with Ardross Terrace, between 11:50 hours and 12:05 hours, and between 12:30 hours and 13:05 hours.
• Ardross Terrace, Inverness, closed at its junction with Bishops Road to its junction with Ness walk, between 11:55 hours and 12:10 hours, and between 12:25 hours and 13:00 hours.
• Ness Walk, Inverness, closed at its junction with Ardross Terrace to its junction with Young Street, between 11:55 hours and 12:15 hours, and between 12:25 hours and 13:00 hours.
• Ness Bridge, Inverness, closed at its junction with Young Street to its junction with Bank Street, between 12:00 hours and 12:15 hours, and between 12:25 hours and 12:55 hours.
• Castle Road, Inverness, closed at its junction with Bank Street to its junction with View Place, between 12:00 hours and 12:25 hours.
• Ness bank and Cavell Gardens Road, Inverness, closed at its junction with Castle Road to its junction with Haugh Road, between 12:05 hours and 12:30 hours.
• Haugh Road, Inverness, closed at its junction with Ness Bank and Cavell Gardens Road to its junction with View Place, between 12:10 hours and 12:35 hours.
• View Place, Inverness, closed at its junction with Castle Road to its junction with Castle Street, between 12:15 hours and 12:40 hours.
• Castle Street, Inverness, closed at its junction with View Place to its junction with High Street, between 12:20 hours and 12:45 hours.
• High Street, Inverness, closed at its junction with Castle Street to its junction with Bridge Street, between 12:20 hours and 12:45 hours.
• Bridge Street, Inverness, closed at its junction with High Street to its junction with Castle Road, between 12:25 hours and 12:50 hours.
