Nairnside road closure announced

Highland Council is providing notice of the closure of the C1051 (Nairnside, east Inverness) between its junction with the B9006 Millburn Roundabout – Culcabock – Castlehill – Culloden Moor – Croy – Gollanfield – Fort George Road and its junction with the B851 Errogie – Strathnairn – Daviot Bridge – Culloden Moor Road.

The prohibition for vehicular traffic is required to enable Scottish Water's main replacement works to safely proceed, and will apply to the whole, or a part of the road. A diversion for vehicular traffic will be available using the B851, the C1088 Culloden – Clava Bridge – Culdoich Road and the B9006. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

The Order shall come into effect at 8am on Monday 27 January and shall remain in force until 16.30 on Friday 17 April 2020 inclusive.
