Temporary road closure for tree felling works

Motorists are being advised by The Highland Council that there will be a temporary road closure on a section of the C1071 Dingwall - Docharty - Achterneed Road.

The closure will extend from its junction with Docharty Road and extend in a northward’s direction for around 800m at 08.00 on Monday 1st June 2020 to 17.00 on Friday 5th June 2020.

The temporary closure is to allow contractors to carry out tree felling safely.

Access for emergency vehicles will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes will be available via the A834 Strathpeffer Road - C1071 Dingwall- Docharty - Achterneed Road.
