Nairnside road closure for Scottish Water works

Motorists are being advised that there will be a temporary road closure of the C1051 at Nairnside (east of Inverness) between:

• its junction with the B9006 Millburn Roundabout – Culcabock – Castlehill – Culloden Moor – Croy – Gollanfield – Fort George Road, and
• its junction with the B851 Errogie – Strathnairn – Daviot Bridge – Culloden Moor Road.

The closure is required to enable water main replacement works to safely proceed, and will apply to the whole, or a part of the road as indicated by temporary traffic signs.

A diversion will be available using the B851, the C1088 Culloden – Clava Bridge – Culdoich Road and the B9006. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

The closure will start at 08:00 on Monday 1 June until 16:30 hours on Monday 13 July 2020.
