Temporary lane closure on Union Road in Inverness

In order for utility maintenance works by SSE to be safely carried out part of Union Road in Inverness will be temporarily closed to traffic from 8am on Monday 6 July until 6pm on Wednesday 8 July.

The lane restriction applies to eastbound traffic between its junction with the C1193 Kingsmills Road and its junction with the U4136 Midmills Road.

During this period, drivers affected should use alternative routes. Access for pedestrians will remain open.
