Resurfacing projects by BEAR Scotland on A82 in Aug and Sept

BEAR Scotland, on behalf of Transport Scotland, are proposing to carry out series of carriageway resurfacing projects on the A82 Trunk Road.

A82 Pass of Glencoe, Sun 16th Aug to Mon 17th Aug (2 nights) 8pm - 5am - Road closure with amnesty.

A82 South of Ski Centre, Tue 18th Aug to Thur 20th Aug (3 nights), 8pm – 5am - Road closure with amnesty.

A82 Ski Centre Jct, Mon 31st Aug to Thur 3rd Sept (4 days), 7am – 5pm - Dayshift convoy.

Unfortunately, due to restricted road widths at two locations, the A82 will be closed in both directions between Sunday 16th August and Thursday 20th August. This is necessary to ensure the safety of the workforce and members of public.

Access for emergency services and public bus services will be maintained at all times. As there is no suitable diversion route available, amnesty periods will be provided at 9pm, 10pm, 12am, 2am and 4am.
