Temporary closure of U1347 Allanfearn to Arturlie Road, Inverness-shire

Traffic will be temporarily prohibited from the U1347 Allanfearn to part of the Alturlie Road, Inverness-shire between 11pm on Saturday 21 November 2020 and 5am on Monday 23 November 2020.

The temporary closure of the Allanfearn to Alturlie Road will begin from its junction with the A96 Aberdeen – Inverness Trunk Road to its junction with the road leading to ‘Allanfearn Wastewater Treatment Plant’. 

The closure is required to enable a contractor, working on behalf of ‘Network Rail’, to safely undertake essential railway track maintenance works.
