Temporary road closures in Inverness

 

Union Street, Inverness

There will be a temporary road closure of the U4380 Union Street, Inverness which will come into force at 20:00 on Monday 7 December 2020. The closure will be for 10 hours each night from 20:00 to 06:00 the following morning and will remain in operation until 6:00 on Wednesday 16 December.

The closure is required for essential public utility maintenance works to safely proceed. The works are being carried out on behalf of BT Openreach.

Access will be maintained for pedestrians, emergency vehicles and public service vehicles.

 

Woodside Farm Drive, Inverness

There will be a temporary road closure of the U5183 Woodside Farm Drive, Inverness of around 92 metres.

The closure will be in place on Monday 14 December 2020 and will be in operation between the hours of 9:30 and 15:30.

The closure is required to allow contractors, working on behalf of Scottish Water, to carry out maintenance of their equipment located within the public road.

An alternative route will be available for vehicular traffic 

 

Fraser Street, Inverness 

A temporary road closure will be in operation on the U3986 Fraser Street, Inverness over a 2-night period, from Wednesday 16 December 2020 to Friday 18 December 2020, between the hours of 21:00 and 6:00.

The road closure is required to ensure that public utility works being carried out by BT Openreach, can proceed safely.

Access will be maintained for pedestrians, cyclists and emergency vehicles. An alternative route will be available for all other traffic.
