The marketing brochure is now available for 15 new units within the Market Hall in the Victorian Market, Inverness.

This transformational project aims to attract the best of local food and drink producers to create a vibrant destination within the city centre.

The major development has begun with an anticipated opening planned for early 2022.

The Category B Listed Victorian Market dates from 1869/70 and is managed by The Highland Council on behalf of the Inverness Common Good Fund.

The refurbishment will open up the Market Hall to highlight the original features and create a lively and open space. This exciting refurbishment will focus on a food and beverage experience.

The large central space will be available for modest events and create a vibrant place to eat and socialise.  In addition to the central space, 15 new units are being created, ranging in size from 17 sq.m to 117 sq.m, and offering a great opportunity for new or existing businesses.

The units will be available for Use Class 1 (Shops) and Class 3 (Food & Drink) businesses.

Letting particulars and further information are available on the Council’s website at this link.

There is a closing date for offers set on Wednesday 26 May 2021.
