Highland Housing Fair – Balvonie, Inverness

Following the grant of outline planning permission earlier this month, an application seeking approval of several of the reserved matters has been lodged with the Council.

In particular, the application includes a Masterplan Design Statement. This sets out the key principles, the scope and range of development and establishes the core issues which will be taken into account in the assessment of the subsequent development proposals for individual plots within the Housing Fair site.

The Masterplan will be the subject of detailed community consultation, including with both Inverness South and Westhill Community Councils.
