Temporary road closure on U3664 Whitechapel Road, Wick

Motorists are being advised by The Highland Council that there will be a temporary road closure on U3664 Whitechapel Road, closed between its junction with the A99 High Street and its junction with U3591 Miller Lane. The closure will be in operation from 9:00 on Monday 17 May 2021 until 17:00 on 11 June 2021.

The road closure is necessary to create a safe working area to allow for the construction of a raised table.

Access will only be maintained for vehicles employed to carry out the works.

To avoid the road closure, an alternative route will be available via A99 High Street, U3494 St Fergus Road and U3591 Miller Lane.
