Temporary road closure on Kenneth Street and Tomnahurich Street

Motorists are being advised by The Highland Council that there will be a temporary road closure on part of Kenneth Street and Tomnahurich Street, which will be in operation for two nights between 19:00 on Wednesday 7 July until 7:00 on Thursday 8 July 2021 and between 19:00 on Thursday 8 July 2021 until 7:00 hours on Friday 9 July 2021.

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC

U4497 Kenneth Street, Inverness, from its junction with the U3778 Ardross Place to its junction with the Tomnahurich Street (forming part of the A82 Dalnottar – Inverness Trunk Road).

Tomnahurich Street (forming part of the B861), Inverness, from its junction with the U3749 Alexander Place to its junction with the A82 Dalnottar – Inverness Trunk Road.

The closure is required in the interests of public safety during resurfacing of the Kenneth Street/Tomnahurich Street junction, by a contractor working on behalf of ‘Bear (Scotland) Ltd’.

Alternative routes will be available for all traffic affected by this closure.
