Ross Avenue, Inverness parking enforcement consultation
A public consultation gets underway today (1 September 2021) on parking enforcement proposals at Ross Avenue, Inverness.
The public can view the draft Order by The Highland Council for the prohibition and restriction of waiting and loading and parking places under decriminalised parking for Ross Avenue.
Details of the proposals, a copy of the proposed Order, Statement of Reasons and Plans may be inspected at the Parking Services offices at the multi-storey car park, Farraline Park, Inverness during normal office hours. All documents may also be viewed online at this link .
All objections to the proposals must be submitted to: Ali Nairne, Senior Engineer, Council Offices, Diriebught Road Inverness IV23QN in writing by Wednesday 22 September 2021 and must contain the competent grounds upon which the objections are made.
