Temporary road closure on the B9039 Newton – Castle Stuart -Ardersier Road, Inverness

Motorists are being advised by The Highland Council that there will be a temporary road closure on the B9039 Newton – Castle Stuart - Ardersier Road, Inverness

The closure will be in place from Monday 6 September until Friday 17 September 2021 and shall only apply between the hours of 08:30 and 17:30.

B9039 Newton – Castle Stuart – Ardersier Road, commencing at a point 530 metres or thereby north west of its junction with the U1283 Castle Stuart – Easter Dalziel Road to its junction with the C1020 Dalcross Station Road

The closure is required in the interest of public safety to enable Contractors, working on behalf of The Highland Council, to carry out resurfacing works located within the public road boundary.

Access will be maintained at all times for emergency vehicles and pedestrian access.
