All semi-finalists now qualify to compete in a play off against the semi-finalists of the equivalent Ross-shire competition in March for a chance to represent the Highlands in the Scottish Schools Badminton Championships to be help in April at Perth.

Kirsten Grant, the Active Schools Coordinator for the Charleston primaries, and organiser of the competition said: “It was an exceptionally high standard of badminton this year.  Credit must go to the hard work and dedication of the badminton volunteer coaches who help produce such talented players and indeed the players who put such time and commitment in to the sport.”
