Temporary closure of roads in the Riverside West area of Inverness

Roads in Inverness's Riverside West area affected by closures

A number of roads will be closed in the Riverside West area of Inverness from 8am on Monday 7 February 2022 until 6pm on Thursday 31 March 2022.

The closures are to facilitate the installation of fibre optic cabling for high speed internet.

The U4025 Harrowden Road will be closed between its junction with Telford Street roundabout and its junction with Fairfield Road.

The U3790 Ballifeary Road will be closed between its junction with Glenurquhart Road and its junction with the U3788 Ballifeary Lane.

The U4067 King Street will be closed between its junction with the U4018 Greig Street and its junction with the U3834 Celt Street.

The U3876 Duff Street will be closed between its junction with the U4067 King Street and its junction with the U3834 Celt Street.

The U3834 Celt Street will be closed between its junction with the U4048 Huntly Street and its junction with Kenneth Street.

The U4150 Muirtown Street will be closed commencing at its junction with the U3834 Celt Street and extending in a westerly directions to where it terminates in a turning head, approx 175m.

The U4292 Queen Street will be closed between its junction with the U4048 Huntly Street and its junction with the U4067 King Street.

The U4069 Canal Road will be closed between its junction with Clachnaharry Road and its junction with the C1118 General Booth Road.

And the U3778 Ardross Place will be closed between its junction with Tomnahurich Street and its junction with the U3748 Alexander Place.
