Temporary Road Closures During Inverness Half Marathon

The Inverness Half Marathon and Fun Run takes place on Sunday (11 March) so drivers in the city are being warned that temporary road closures will be in place during the event.

The following roads with be closed from 12.30 until 15.00

• Bught Road and Ness Walk Upper closed at the junction with Glenurquhart Road (A82) to the junction with Bishop’s Road.
• Bishop’s Road closed at its junction with Ness Walk Upper to its junction with Ardross Terrace.

Pedestrian access and access for emergency vehicles will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for drivers will be available using part of Bishops Road, Ballifeary Road, Ballifeary Lane, Bught Avenue, Bught Drive and Glenurquhart Road.
