Inverness residents’ parking scheme commences 1 August

A residents’ parking permit scheme in the Ballifeary area of Inverness will soon come into force advises The Highland Council.
 
Ballifeary Road Residents Permit Scheme will be fully implemented from Monday 1st August 2022.
 
This includes full enforcement against owners of vehicles who fail to display a permit during restricted hours.
 
The restricted hours are Monday – Friday 10am to 5pm – Permit Holders Only.
 
Eligible residents may secure their permits online at: www.highland.gov.uk/parkingpermits where full details of the parking scheme are also available.
 
The parking scheme extends on the north section of Ballifeary Road from its junction with Bishops Road to its junction with Ballifeary Lane at the southern end.
