Back to school at Kyle Primary Nursery
Parents and carers of pupils attending the Early Learning Centre (Nursery) at Kyle Primary School are being informed that following a fire this week the Nursery is planned to re-open on Wednesday 17 August.
The Council plans to re-open the nursery on Wednesday 17 following a deep clean of the building.
If the Council is unable to re-open the nursery on Wednesday, plans are in place to accommodate Nursery children at Auchtertyre Early Learning Centre until Kyle Nursery is ready to re-open.
Meanwhile Kyle Primary School will re-open at the start of term as normal to staff on Monday 15 for in-service training and on Tuesday 16 August for all primary pupils.
Parents and carers are being kept informed by the Council.
Wester Ross, Strathpeffer and Lochalsh Ward Councillors thank the local Scottish Fire and Rescue Service for their swift response to the fire at Kyle Nursery.
