Deagh dhùrachd gu farpaisich na Gàidhealtachd aig a’ Mhòd Nàiseanta Rìoghail
Tha Cathraiche Comataidh Gàidhlig Chomhairle na Gàidhealtachd, an Comhairliche Calum Rothach, air deagh dhùrachd a chur gu farpaisich na Gàidhealtachd a tha a’ gabhail pàirt anns a’ Mhòd Nàiseanta Rìoghail ann am Peairt an-ath-sheachdain.
Bidh Mòd Pheairt a’ tòiseachadh air Dihaoine 14 Dàmhair agus a’ dol air adhart gu Disathairne 22 Dàmhair.
Thuirt e: “Gach deagh dhùrachd gu còisirean nan inbheach is na h-òigridh agus do na farpaisich fa leth, co-dhiù is ann a’ gabhail pàirt mar aon neach, dithis no buidheann.
“Tha mi a’ guidhe gach soirbheachas do na farpaisich air fad a tha a’ riochdachadh sgìre na Gàidhealtachd agus tha mi an dòchas gum bi deagh Mhòd aig a h-uile duine a bhios a’ gabhail pàirt no a’ toirt taic dhan tachartas nàiseanta chliùiteach seo ann am Peairt am-bliadhna.”
Good luck to Highland competitors at Royal National Mòd
Chair of The Highland Council’s Gaelic Committee, Cllr Calum Munro has sent his best wishes to Highland competitors taking part in the Royal National Mòd in Perth next week.
Mòd Pheairt starts on Friday 14 October and runs till Saturday 22 October.
He said: “Good luck to the adult and youth choirs and individual competitors whether solo, duet or group entries.
“I wish all participants representing Highland region all the best in their competitions and hope that a great Mòd experience is had by all competing in or supporting this prestigious national event in Perth this year.”
