New Planning Manager

The Highland Council has appointed a new Planning and Building Standards Manager for Sutherland. He is Allan Todd, Team Leader, Development Control, with the Planning and Development Service at Council Headquarters, Inverness.

Allan will take up his new post later in the summer. After a spell with Banff and Buchan District Council, Allan joined the former Highland Regional Council in November 1981 as a planner in the local plans section.

He replaces David Polson, who is now Area Planning and Building Standards Manager for the City of Inverness.
