Road condition reports for Thursday, 9 November 2023 are as follows:

Wester Ross (06:42) - positive road surface temperatures this morning, no winter action.  Wet and windy through the night, no overnight issues to report.

Skye and Raasay (07:59) - positive road surface temperatures this morning, no winter action.  No overnight issues to report.

Inverness (06:47) - positive road surface temperatures this morning, no winter action.  No overnight issues to report. Forecast is dry overhead with grey frost later, rural main roads to be treated today.

Nairn (07:56) - positive road surface temperatures this morning, no winter action.  No overnight issues to report.

Badenoch and Strathspey (07:58) - positive road surface temperatures this morning, no winter action required due to high salt levels.  No overnight issues to report.

Lochaber (07:55) – positive road surface temperatures this morning, no winter action.  No overnight issues to report. Very wet throughout the area.

Ross and Cromarty East (07:57) - Precautionary treatment on Primary routes. No overnight issues to report.

Caithness (08:18) - positive road surface temperatures, no winter action.  No overnight issues to report.

Sutherland (07:04) - positive road surface temperatures this morning, forecast to drop below zero in places today. Treating affected primary routes as a precaution.  No overnight issues to report.
