- Garage Sites weekly rents will increase from £1.37 to £1.48.

Leader of Inverness and Area, Cllr Ian Brown said: “For some time now Inverness garage rents have not been in line with the Highland average.
“The decision made at today’s committee meeting to raise garage rents with a modest increase will be applied as an increase to the area repairs budget.”
Members were advised that the Council is carrying out a review of garages and garage sites across the Inverness area – the results of which – Councillors will be updated on at their future Ward business meetings.
