Temporary Traffic Lights - B862 at Scaniport Settlement

Motorists are being advised by The Highland Council that there will be a Temporary Traffic Lights in operation on the B862 at Scaniport Settlement (south of Inverness between Holm Roundabout and Dores) starting on Monday 18th March 2024 for 10 days between the hours of 0800 and 1800 each day as works require.  

The temporary traffic lights are required to carry out the installation of new Gateway and speed restriction signs and associated signage for Scaniport.  This is required for the safety of the travelling public and site personnel.

Minimal delays should be anticipated and Traffic Management Operatives  will be in attendance during the operation of the temporary traffic lights.

Emergency vehicle access, Bus services and Waste collections will be unaffected.

The Highland Council apologise for any inconvenience.
