The Highland Council will be hosting a pre-planning application consultation event relating to the Corran Ferry Infrastructure Improvement Scheme at the Ardgour Memorial Hall, Clovullin, Corran, Fort William, PH33 7AB on Thursday 26 September 2024, drop in from 2pm until 8pm.

Economy and Infrastructure Committee Chair, Cllr Ken Gowans said: “The pre-planning application consultation event will provide an opportunity for the public and stakeholders to consider and comment upon the proposal, and I encourage as many people as possible to attend and provide comments on the proposed development.”

“Free transport from the Ardgour terminal to the event can be booked for those traveling over by ferry from the Corran side. As it is recognised attendance at the event may not be possible or convenient for all, consultation materials and an opportunity to provide comments on the proposal will be made available online via resources on the consultation website from 27 September.”

Information from previous consultations can be found now on the project’s consultation website: www.affriclimited.co.uk/consultations/. If you wish to make representations on the proposed development, please contact: Affric Limited, Lochview Office, Loch Duntelchaig, Farr, IV2 6AW, email: consultation@affriclimited.co.uk by 11 October 2024.

Representations made to The Highland Council or Affric Limited are not representations to Scottish Ministers or The Highland Council Planning Authority. Once the Planning and Marine Licence applications have been submitted to The Highland Council and the Marine Directorate respectively, there will be an opportunity for representations to be made directly to them.

If you require transport from the Ardgour ferry terminal to the Ardgour Memorial Hall, please contact consultation@affriclimited.co.uk or 07516 112050 by 12pm on 25 September 2024.
