Inverness Town House will be hosting a “Christmas Fair Extravaganza” with fun activities for children and adults alike.

A range of festive stalls with unique gifts, handmade crafts and delicious treats will be available for Christmas shoppers. Attendees can also enjoy live music from the Highland Voices Choir and Tony Henry performing festive favourites.

Provost of Inverness, Cllr Glynis Campbell Sinclair said:

“In addition to the Inverness Common Good funded exterior Christmas lighting, the interior of the Town House will be beautifully decorated providing an added attraction to help increase footfall to the city centre.

“This weekend of festive fun will not only provide support to The Archie Foundation but it will also create vibrancy and back local businesses by attracting people into the city centre.

“We also want to showcase the Town House at its best to demonstrate this magnificent asset as a spectacular venue that can be hired for civic, wedding and business purposes.”

The Christmas Fair Extravaganza takes place on Friday 6 December 2024, from 3pm to 7pm; and Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 December, from 10am to 4pm.

Live music with the Highland Voices Choir will be on Sunday 8 December from 12pm to 2pm.

A £2 entry donation will go to The Archie Foundation.
