First Ward Forum for Thurso

The first Ward Forum for The Highland Council electoral ward of Thurso will take place in the Royal Hotel, Thurso, on Monday 5 November 2007 from 7.00 pm – 9.00 pm.

The meeting will be held in public and there will be a 20 minute session at the close of the meeting for the public to ask questions.

The aim of the forum is to provide an effective scrutiny of the way the Council provides services in the Thurso Ward. 

The meeting will be attended by the three councillors who serve Thurso, Councillors John Rosie, Donnie Mackay,and Lady Thurso –  as well as representatives from community councils, the police and other partner agencies.

Providing support to the forum will be David Sutherland, Ward Manager for Thurso, Wick & Landward Caithness
