Council Consult with Public over Housing Fair Masterplan
The Highland Council is to hold a public meeting soon to outline the next phase of the planning process surrounding the Highland Housing Fair at Balvonie, Inverness and to hear the views of interested members of the public on the way forward.
Originally provisionally scheduled for Monday 24 September, the meeting will now be held on the evening of Thursday 4 October at Inshes Primary School, starting at 7 pm.
Consultants, Cadells, will make a presentation setting out the details of the Fair Masterplan, which underlines the main innovative principles development of the Fair site must follow when proposals for the individual plots are considered.
Chairing the meeting will be David Haas, Inverness City Manager, The Highland Council.
He said: “The Council is well aware of the public interest in the Highland Housing Fair and is holding this meeting to keep members of the public fully appraised of the latest developments, to answer questions on the current process and to note comments made by the public.”
