Highland Housing Fair

A Council spokesman welcomed publication of the Ombudsman’s report into a complaint raised about the way an outline planning application for the Highland Housing Fair had been handled by the Council.
 
He said: “The Council gave a detailed response and co-operated fully with the inquiry by the Ombudsman into the complaints.  We are content that this independent review has found no case to answer.  We are always keen to improve the way we respond to complainants and will act upon the recommendations made in the report. We trust that the complainant will now draw a line under this matter.”
