Cromarty Firth Ward seeks your views on Transport

The Cromarty Firth Ward Forum is due to meet again on Thursday 11 December at Ardross Community Hall where roads and transport issues will be the focus of discussion.

Campbell Stewart, Area Roads & Community Works Manager will be there to talk about the winter gritting programme, and to answer any questions. He will be followed by Cameron Kemp, the Council’s Integrated Transport Manager who will be talking about the new transport strategy currently under development and asking what the priroities for people are.

Councillor Mike Finlayson who will be chairing the meeting said:  “We are inviting anyone with a view on transport to come along to the Forum and join in the discussion. This will be an ideal chance for local people to have an input into shaping future road and transport policy in our area.”

The forum will start at 7.30pm with teas and coffees served from 7pm.
