Tain Planning Applications to be Determined in April
The Highland Council has confirmed that three planning applications concerning developments at Craighill Terrace, Tain, will be determined by the Caithness Sutherland and Easter Ross Planning Applications and Review Committee at a special meeting in Tain on Tuesday 15 April.
The Committee will hold a hearing prior to its determination of the three applications that concern development of a medical centre; a roundabout, road access and playing fields; and housing. Sapphire Primary Care Developments are the applicants for the medical centre and AWG Property Limited are applicants for the other two plans.
The hearing is being held as the proposed developments are contrary to the local development plan.
The time and venue for the meeting have still to be decided.
