School Closures Due to Adverse Weather

Nine Highland primary schools were closed today (Wednesday) due to adverse weather.

Uig Primary School, Skye, will remain closed tomorrow (Thursday) while damage to the roof of the school is repaired. Other Skye schools to close were Kilmuir Primary and Macdiarmid Primary.

In Sutherland, Altnaharra Primary, Lairg Primary, Rogart Primary and Rosehall Primary were closed. 

In Lochaber, Mallaig Primary was closed and in Ross and Cromarty, Strathconon Primary was closed.

And at noon, Dalwhinnie Primary was closed.
