Disruption to traffic B9006 Culloden Road

Contractor, Pat Munro (Alness) Ltd., will be carrying out resurfacing work for The Highland Council at the B9006 Culloden Road / B9177 Drumossie Road junction on Friday 16th May and Saturday 17th May 2008.

Works are expected to commence around 9am – 9:30am on Friday 16th May at the junction which leads from Culloden Road on the B1977 towards Drumossie Hotel.

Motorists are advised that a significant disruption to traffic movements is expected during the time needed to carry out the road works; particularly during morning and evening peak.

Drivers are asked to find an alternative route if possible and, if it is unavoidable to use this road, to drive with care and consider the safety of the workforce.

Motorists are advised that drivers seeking alternative routes may increase traffic movements and therefore extra time and caution should be allowed for journeys.
